Mini Session - $125
From time to time, I offer mini-sessions for individuals who need quick, updated headshots. Mini Sessions are 15-20 minutes, perfect for folks on-the-go. Here’s how they work: I set the date, time, and location, then announce the Mini Session via email and on my social media. To secure a spot on the list, all you need to do is pay your non-refundable fee, then sign up for an available appointment. I'll then send you a set of instructions to make sure your shoot flows smoothly.
The Mini Session fee includes
One 15-20 minute session
All low-resolution preview images; and
Your choice of one final image, which will include minor retouching and full color-correction. I can also include a border and your name on each final image if you wish.
Standard Session - $395
The Standard Session is currently my most popular session type. This session gives us plenty of time (about 3 hours) to shoot a variety of images. It also provides time to change wardrobe, hair, & makeup and allows us to explore our surroundings so that we vary the look and feel of each set of photos. For individuals who need more time or those who want to travel between locations, I recommend the Extended Session.
The Standard Session fee includes:
All low-resolution proof images; and
Your choice of four final images, which will include minor retouching and full color-correction. I can also include a border and your name on each final image if you wish.
Extended Session - $Ask me
Extended Sessions are customized to meet your unique needs. They are individually priced, so it will be best for us to consult before I can give you an accurate quote. Just send me an email and I'll get back to you right away.
In order to get the most out of your session, I prefer to have an in-person consultation with you before you schedule your shoot (teleconferences can be arranged, too). The consultation, usually held on Zoom or in a public place, will allow us to discuss your needs and options for your shoot. It will also give you a chance to ask questions and an opportunity to decide if I am the right photographer for you. Shortly after the consultation, I will provide you with a final quote for your headshot session. If you decide to shoot with me, you'll need to pay your deposit when you schedule your session. There is never an obligation or pressure to shoot with me if we have a consultation. (In-person consultations are not available for the Mini Sessions.)
Additional Final Images
Additional images with color correction and minor retouching are $25 each. Major retouching, compositing, and other edits may incur additional fees.
In rare instances, other charges may apply, depending on shoot location, extra time, and other factors. We will discuss possible additions to your fee when we meet for a consultation. I will always do my best to keep your costs at a minimum and will provide a full list of other charges when I provide you with a quote.
I charge a non-refundable deposit that equals 50% of your quoted session fee to reserve your session date and time for Student, Standard, and Extended Sessions. Mini Sessions require full, non-refundable payment before I can schedule your slot. In the event of inclement weather or personal emergencies, your deposit can be transferred to a later date (no more than 90 days).
I typically shoot outdoors in natural light, but we can discuss other options. We'll talk about possible locations during your consultation.
